Highway 627 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It is in two segments. The Northern segment runs from Highway 749 to the Trans Canada Highway and passes Eyebrow Lake in the Qu'Appelle Valley, and the Southern segment runs from the Trans Canada Highway to Highway 13. The southern segment is about 55 km (33 mi.) long and the northern segment is about 55 km (33 mi.) long.
